Reverse Engineering and New Sales Developlement
· Piloting the company’s parts manufacture approval program, I was tasked with developing reverse engineered aircraft components and assembling the associated technical data to submit for approval to the FAA. This allowed the company to develop, manufacture, and sell aftermarket aircraft replacement parts to aircraft owners, operators, and maintainers in the commercial aviation market.
· Developed the company’s internal processes to become an approved source, through reviewing the associated laws, regulations, and policies. Collaborating internally with our various development, production, and sales teams, I coordinated with the FAA and other federal level, domestic, and foreign agencies to see the company’s parts and repairs through to approval.
· Having piloted the new parts program, there became a growing need for a more technical salesperson to be involved in growing our market penetration; I transitioned from the engineering side of the business to the technical sales side to increase our product line portfolio by instilling confidence in our capabilities to new customers, and amassing additional market share in the company’s aftermarket sales— both commercial and military, for our components.

I was a Quality Intern for the Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations (DARO) facility during my summers at College.
During my time there I developed new quality control procedures for the various operating cells utilizing 6Sigma methodologies to identify KPI's and control KPO's.
